These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our website. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Order and Contract Conclusion
By submitting an order on our website, you enter into a contract with us. You will receive an order confirmation via email, acknowledging receipt of your order. The contract becomes effective as soon as we send this confirmation. If a product is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you and refund any payments made.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are stated in EUR and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Price changes, typographical errors, or incorrect information on the website are subject to change.

4. Delivery
We strive to deliver your products within 8–15 working days after ordering. Shipping is done with PostNord or other carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider. In case of changes to the delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return must be made within this period, and the items must be unused and in original packaging. You bear the cost of return shipping. Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days. Products should be securely packaged for return.

6. Complaints
If the goods are defective or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@ironfitofficial.com. We are committed to replacing or repairing defective items in accordance with consumer protection laws. For approved complaints, we will cover return shipping costs. The amount will be refunded or a replacement item will be sent.

7. Personal Data
By placing your order, you agree that we may process the personal data you provide in accordance with our privacy policy. We collect and store your data to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and send marketing communications, provided you have consented to this.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are only liable for direct damages arising from the use of our website or products. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, labor disputes, or delivery issues from third parties.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The amended terms will be published on our website and will be considered accepted with the next visit or order.

10. Dispute Resolution
For disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer service, you can contact the General Complaints Board (AllmÀnna ReklamationsnÀmnden, ARN) as a customer. Customers residing in other EU countries have the option to use the EU platform for dispute resolution. Swedish law applies.
